Overview

Mail Lookout reviews the message being composed in Outlook so it can show a send-time confirmation dialog.

Data Processed

The add-in may read recipient addresses, attachment metadata, subject, and message body content from the draft message to produce the review.

Data Sharing

Mail Lookout does not send draft email content, recipients, attachment metadata, or review results to a separate Mail Lookout server. The review runs in the Outlook add-in runtime.

Storage

The add-in does not maintain a user account or store email content in a Mail Lookout database.
